Jason H. Mudd is not just Cindy’s partner in life — he’s also her partner in building one of Connecticut’s leading luxury real estate advisory practices. After a successful 25+ year career leading teams in Marketing, Sales Strategy, and Business Development across the banking and consumer goods industries, Jason joined Cindy Raney & Team in 2019 to help scale the business with the same operational discipline and strategic clarity that defined his corporate career.
Before entering real estate, Jason held senior leadership roles at companies like PepsiCo, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, and BNY Mellon. At Bank of America, he served as a Divisional Sales Executive and later as Consumer Market Executive, managing a $2.7B P&L and leading a team of more than 450 employees across seven states. In every role, Jason focused on building systems that empowered teams to perform at a high level — with clear goals, accountability, and a relentless focus on the client. Those same principles now guide CR&T’s growth: a disciplined operation, a strong internal culture, and a commitment to delivering a level of client focus that stands apart in the real estate industry.
What sets Jason apart in the real estate world is exactly what sets CR&T apart: a refusal to accept the status quo. He approaches this business like a builder — designing every part of the client journey by working backwards from what high-net-worth clients expect but rarely receive. While much of the industry treats real estate as a sales transaction, Jason insists on delivering it as a white-glove advisory experience. From recruiting talent to refining operations, every decision at CR&T is driven by a single standard: would we be proud to deliver this experience to our most discerning client? If the answer isn’t yes, it’s not good enough.
Beyond his work with CR&T, Jason is active in the nonprofit community. He serves on the Foundation Board of Yale-New Haven Bridgeport Hospital, advocating for initiatives such as the NICU and the Norma Pfriem Breast Center. He has also held leadership roles with Homes with Hope, the Westport Country Playhouse, and the Fairfield Historical Museum.
Originally from the Midwest, Jason earned his degree in English Literature and Writing from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a two-time All-American and Captain of the men’s tennis team. Today, he lives in Fairfield with Cindy, their five children, and their two beloved doodles — Penny and Rosie.
