As a resident of Westport for the past 26 years, Chris feels incredibly fortunate to have chosen this charming town as his home and the place to raise his family. Together with his wife, Sarah, they've raised two daughters and a son, all of whom have flourished in Westport. Chris's commitment to family goes beyond the home as he spent many years coaching his children in various sports endeavors. While the kids have since embarked on their own adventures, with the girls settling in Brooklyn and their son in Boston, they all cherish returning to Westport to visit home and embrace the beauty of Compo Beach.

In his leisure time, Chris remains active, participating in local softball and basketball leagues while continuously working on his snowboarding skills. The Ahlgrim family's love for the great outdoors also finds expression in their hikes along the abundant trails near Westport. The family's enthusiasm for exploring extends to frequent trips to England to visit Sarah's family.
