With a career rooted in top Manhattan advertising agencies, Talia brings national brand expertise to the world of luxury real estate—an advantage few boutique teams can claim. She led campaigns for some of the world’s most recognizable brands—including Liberty Mutual Insurance, Lysol, and Visa—and now channels that same strategic clarity and emotional resonance into marketing each listing.

Unlike many real estate teams where marketing is spread across hybrid roles, Talia is dedicated solely to crafting the narrative, positioning, and promotional plan that make a property stand out. From custom videos and social content to email campaigns and print brochures, every element is designed with one purpose: not just to reach the right buyers, but to make them stop, feel something, and want to learn more.

Talia holds a degree in Advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, one of the country’s top-ranked communications programs. A former client herself, she worked with Cindy to relocate from New York City to Southport in 2021. Today, she lives in Fairfield with her husband and their two young daughters. Having been on the other side of the transaction, she brings empathy, high standards, and a deep understanding of what today’s clients expect—and deserve.
