She has embraced a number of responsibilities within various non-profits including Bridgeport Hospital (Friends of Pediatrics) and The Children’s Event at the Christmas Tree Festival (Committee Chair). Cindy has also been heavily active in supporting the education system, occupying roles at Southport Congregational Preschool (Committee Chairman), Dwight Elementary School (PTA) and Fairfield Country Day School (Parent’s Association).
On the personal side, Cindy is the proud mother of (5) children. She resides in Fairfield with her husband and their rambunctious Sheepadoodle, Penny. Cindy was born and raised in Fairfield County and has lived in towns such as Westport, Fairfield and Southport. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of CT, with a double major in Economics and in Molecular and Cellular Biology.
Jason H. Mudd
Jason H. Mudd is Cindy’s husband and business partner. After retiring from banking late in 2017, he joined forces with Cindy to form Cindy Raney & Co. Jason’s career spans nearly three decades across multiple industries and firms. Within each industry, he held senior leadership and management roles in Marketing, Operations, Sales Strategy and Business Development.
Jason is excited to partner with Cindy in expanding the operations, scope and best practices for Cindy Raney & Co. His history of corporate leadership and experience in building businesses are passions that he is excited to bring to the partnership. More importantly, Jason is delighted to partner with Cindy on their business venture together.
As a top-rated realtor with over 25 years of real estate experience in Fairfield County, $100MM+ in residential real estate sales and designation as a professional interior designer, Ginny Moffitt is an invaluable member of Cindy Raney & Co. She is a lifelong resident of Fairfield and long-standing trusted member of the local realtor community.
Ginny has also earned the coveted ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) designation from Fairfield University. She is an Adjunct Professor at Fairfield University in Color Design. Ginny is also NCIDQ (National Council of Interior Design Qualification) certified which allows her to help her clients create floor plans, home additions, and the staging of homes to maximize optimal sales/purchase prices.
Will joins Cindy Raney & Co. following a successful 13 year career in banking. Will’s focus during his tenure in banking included: financial analytics, process optimization, business strategy and product development in the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) wealth management sector. Most recently, Will was a Vice President of Portfolio Services Global Analytics with FactSet, a worldwide leader in integrated data and software. In his role, Will oversaw the business growth and evolution of the firm’s Fixed Income Analytical Services division, leading it from a $4mm enterprise to a $32mm+ multi-asset class solution in just over five years.
His passion for woodworking and home renovations have helped Will develop a keen eye for low cost, high impact real estate projects which allows him to provide guidance and advice for clients during their home buying or selling experience.
Following a wonderfully successful career in higher education, she joined Cindy Raney & Co. in 2020 as our Client Care Coordinator. Katie’s primary responsibility is to safeguard our clients throughout the purchase and sale of all properties. She enhances the client experience by consistently communicating progress along every step of the real estate process. This includes providing a detailed purchase and closing checklist, securely handling and delivering all required documents, scheduling and coordinating necessary inspections and managing contingencies and key dates to ensure our clients close in a timely and efficient manner.
Katie resides in Stratford, CT and is the proud mother of (3) children and a boisterous, fun-loving bulldog named Bella. Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Education from Fairfield University. As a distinguished basketball player at Fairfield University, she was voted into the Naismith Hall of Fame for the MAAC conference and into Fairfield University’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
As the Director of Client Experience at Cindy Raney & Co., Margaret’s close attention to detail coupled with her keen sense of logistics helps her uphold the signature Cindy Raney & Co. “exceptional experience.” A Westport native, Margaret has lived in Fairfield County for most of her life. Her local knowledge and thoughtful advice truly helps clients determine the town that works best for them. Additionally, she understands the complexities involved in the industry, as she and her husband have been built, bought, and sold several homes while living in Weston. During this time she also acquired a greater understanding of the of the moving process, and the emotion that is so closely connected to it. In her free time, she loves to connect with her two children, exercise and cook!
